By now, everyone knows that advertising is a key way to stand out on Amazon. But there is a massive, underrated lever that many brands are missing: Amazon’s suite of free, built-in features.

In this webinar, Liran Hirschkorn of Incrementum Digital walks you through how these tools can increase traffic to your product pages, boost your conversion rates, and drive repeat purchases.

In particular, he discussed:

The best practices for Amazon Posts

Amazon’s social-media-like tool is a great way to get your brand images onto competitor product pages—for free.

According to Hirschkorn, the best way to leverage Amazon Posts is to be consistent. Create a schedule (1 x day or 3 x per week), and stick to it. Your Posts don’t need to be unique to Amazon, but they should be lifestyle-focused. Avoid too much text, and don’t just place a product on a white background.

The upside of Brand Stories

Want to show your customers what your company stands for? Amazon’s Brand Stories offers you a vital opportunity to differentiate your brand from your competitors. Tell shoppers who you are and why you started your business, and build a unique connection with them.

Plus: Mix in Amazon’s Brand Profiles to display your logo, colors, and extra info next to your product listings.

The tips and tricks of Brand Referral Bonus

Amazon’s Brand Referral Bonus essentially gives brands bonus money for referring traffic back to their Amazon page, as long as those external visitors eventually buy the product.

The downside: The attribution is still in beta, so you don’t always get credit for off-site sales.

According to Hirschkorn, Brand Referral Bonus appears to be very good at tracking visits from a website to Amazon. But it seems to falter more when those referrals come from a social media app—say, when someone clicks from the TikTok app to the Amazon app.
