Introduction
Kenton Snyder:
Welcome, everyone, and thanks for joining us today. We’re excited to give you a live look at the new Intentwise Analytics Cloud — a revolutionary white-label analytics suite built specifically for agencies.
We’ve been preparing for this session as we head into Amazon UnBoxed, where Intentwise will be a sponsor and a finalist for a Partner Award. It’s an exciting time for us, and today’s session will give you a front-row seat to the newest capabilities we’re rolling out.
Setting the Context: Why Agencies Need Stronger Analytics
Sreenath Reddy:
Thanks, Kenton. Let’s start with why we’ve been investing heavily in advanced analytics for agencies.
Over the last few years, we’ve all seen what we call a “data deluge” from Amazon.
A few years ago, there were only the Seller Central and Ads APIs. Now, there are dozens of APIs — from Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to Retail Analytics, Pricing, and Buy Box feeds — all delivering valuable but highly fragmented data.
If we simplify the landscape, there are five major data buckets every agency needs to unify:
- Advertising data – Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC.
- Retail data – sales, inventory, pricing, promotions, buy box, organic rank.
- Shopper intelligence – paths to conversion, subscribe-and-save metrics.
- Competitive intelligence – market and category benchmarks.
- Brand-specific data – product hierarchies, costs, and P&L metrics unique to each client.
But here’s the problem: these datasets are siloed, hard to merge, and time-consuming to maintain. Add multi-channel platforms like Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart into the mix, and agencies are drowning in complexity.
The Current Agency Reality
Most agencies fall into one of two camps:
- Manual data management – pulling data into Excel or Looker Studio.
- Semi-automated setups – connecting APIs but struggling with slow dashboards, client-sharing issues, and version control.
Even as agencies move toward automation, new challenges emerge — such as Amazon’s upcoming SP-API fees (as high as $10,000/month for premium access) and increasing technical overhead.
Meanwhile, brands’ expectations keep rising.
Clients don’t just want ad reports anymore — they want integrated insights combining retail, advertising, and competitive data. To stay relevant, agencies need to go beyond ad performance and deliver strategic, cross-channel intelligence.
The Vision: A Unified, White-Label Analytics Platform
Sreenath:
What if every agency had access to a modern analytics platform that unified data, looked beautiful, and could be completely branded as their own?
That’s exactly what we’ve built — Intentwise Analytics Cloud.
Our goal was simple:
- End data fragmentation.
- Deliver interactive, high-performance visualizations.
- Let agencies own the client experience under their own brand.
Live Product Walkthrough
Kenton:
Let’s take a look inside the platform.
1. Unified Data Collection
Agencies can now bring together every client data source — Amazon Ads, Vendor Central, Walmart, TikTok, Critéo, and more — all through one-click connections.
Coming soon: Shopify, Google, and Meta integrations to round out a complete cross-channel data foundation.
For teams with their own visualization stack, Intentwise also supports direct data pipelines to BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake — sending all data in a clean, structured feed.
2. New-Generation Visualizations
We’ve completely redesigned our dashboards with interactive, client-ready visuals.
Agencies can now:
- Toggle between shipped vs. ordered revenue.
- Roll up data by day, week, or month.
- Combine ad metrics with retail and P&L data in one view.
- Identify top products by total performance or TACoS.
Every dashboard is customizable — if you want a different visualization, our team can build and deploy it in just a few days.
3. Brand-Specific Enrichment
Beyond Amazon data, you can add your clients’ own metadata — like product categories, cost, or family hierarchy — directly into the platform.
You can even tag campaigns by sub-brand or label using automation rules (“campaign name contains…” logic), enabling accurate P&L reporting and granular segmentation.
4. Fully White-Labeled Client Portals
One of the most exciting releases: agencies can now deliver analytics under their own brand domain.
Example: analytics.youragencyname.com
Clients log in securely, see only the dashboards you choose, and interact with real-time data — all automatically refreshed daily.
You can hide Intentwise branding entirely and customize permissions per client or per user.
5. Custom Dashboards and Advanced Use Cases
We also build custom dashboards — from Net PPM analysis for vendors to AMC path-to-conversion views and incrementality modeling.
Thanks to our AI-based data scaffolding layer, what used to take weeks can now be delivered in just days.
Key Benefits for Agencies
Sreenath:
To summarize, Intentwise Analytics Cloud helps agencies:
- Unify all commerce data — across Amazon, Walmart, Critéo, TikTok, and more.
- Elevate reporting with beautiful, client-ready visuals.
- White-label the experience to strengthen agency branding.
- Save hours of manual reporting each week.
- Create new revenue streams by upselling analytics dashboards to clients.
We’re already seeing agencies use these capabilities not just to improve operations, but also to monetize insights and charge for advanced analytics services.
Q&A and Closing
Kenton:
We’ll take a few quick questions from the audience.
- Q: Where can I access the new TikTok and Walmart connections?
A: You’ll find them under “My Connections” in your Intentwise account. We’ll also share our latest roadmap for Q4. - Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes — agencies can sign up for a completely free trial of the full platform. - Q: What’s the pricing?
A: We’ll follow up individually, but pricing is designed to ensure the time saved and the new revenue opportunities far outweigh the cost.
