For years, leading brands and agencies have had a custom dashboarding problem. Your business is distinct—but coding a fully custom dashboard is a massive undertaking.
There’s now an easier way: Claude’s Live Artifacts.
The Live Artifacts feature in Claude lets you create your own, distinct Amazon performance views with a simple prompt. The best part of these dashboards is they aren’t static—they refresh every time you login.
What are Claude’s Live Artifacts?
Live Artifacts are visuals, apps, or other content that you can save in a special tab. They automatically update with new data.
How is this different from how Claude worked before? Typically, if you asked Claude to, say, build a view of your top keywords by ACOS over the last 30 days, the visual would be returned to you as a static chart.
Every time you wanted to update the chart to see your latest stats, Claude would have to re-code and re-build the whole thing. It would take a lot of time.
Live Artifacts offer a way around the constant re-coding.
You can also edit and iterate on these Artifacts at any time, should you want to slightly tweak the focus or the way your data is getting displayed.
Why are Live Artifacts so significant?
Every brand owner can probably think of a distinctive view of their e-commerce performance data that they wish they had.
The problem is that creating dashboards from scratch can be an agonizing process.
Brands and agencies often either rely on a pre-built dashboard suite from their software providers, or they hire outside teams, like ours, to create more tailored dashboards.
Claude’s Live Artifacts lets you do a lot of the custom dashboarding work yourself, without any coding knowledge.
With Live Artifacts, you can create, for instance:
- A view of all your products with low inventory cover but significant ad spend
- A combined view of Sponsored Ads and DSP ad performance
- A map of all of your ASINs that gained or lost significant search traction in the last 30 days
If you’re an agency, you can’t directly share a Live Artifact with a client, but you can download it as a PDF on the spot and send it right over.
How do you connect your Amazon data to Live Artifacts?
To feed your data into Claude—and to really take advantage of Live Artifacts—you need a MCP that can connect your Amazon data to AI agents.
Our AI Gateway product is the most sophisticated MCP on the market, letting you conduct Amazon analytics inside your AI agent, all while embedding domain expertise.
Request access to AI Gateway now, and conduct deep Amazon analytics and reporting inside your AI agent—with no added security risks.
AI Gateway ensures that Claude and Copilot are able to fully reason through your dashboard requests, meaning your Live Artifacts will be as sophisticated as possible.
With your MCP connected, you can build whatever you want with Live Artifacts. The only limitation is the types of data available in MCPs.
Amazon Marketing Cloud, for instance, is difficult to link to MCPs. So if you want to build a refreshable dashboard of the LTV of your ASINs, you’ll need to build that dashboard custom. The same goes for NTB metrics.
We expect this won’t stay true for long—but right now, AMC is a missing link in a lot of these key MCPs.
