The problem:
Nick Menicucci, VP of marketplaces at the digital marketing agency eAccountable, wanted more from an Amazon Marketing Cloud solution than just a generic query library.
He needed views of client performance that combined outputs from different queries, built to his team’s specifications.
The solution:
Intentwise Explore, our platform for accelerating AMC, is a powerful AMC data infrastructure that allows for custom taxonomy integration, tailored dashboards and queries, and connections to wherever you work—whether it's an AI agent or BI platform.
With our AMC software in place, Menicucci collaborated with the Intentwise team to build views of LTV-to-CAC ratio across his client SKUs. This gave him a better sense of marketing spend efficiency.
He also crafted 12-month cohort matrices to see how shoppers behave, from month to month, for specific ASINs.
When Menicucci dug into the data, he found, for instance, that the LTV of holiday shoppers is “quite a bit lower than during regular seasons,” he said.
He brought this data to clients to adjust their marketing strategy. “It was really nice to be able to go to a brand and say, hey, your LTV is down 20% over a 12-month window on people who purchase over that period,” Menicucci said.
Connecting all of his clients’ Amazon data, including AMC data, to Claude through Intentwise’s AI Gateway MCP only sharpened these insights.
Within Claude, Menicucci could easily pair search terms, Share of Voice, and Amazon Marketing Stream data with AMC-derived insights.
He built comprehensive decks for clients and asked more thoughtful questions about performance and LTV in lightning speed.
Yes, AI Gateway has brought “upwards of 50%” time savings. But the important change is “not so much time saved as time reallocation,” Menicucci said. With AI Gateway, “we’re able to take the time that would’ve been used for pulling reports and pulling data sources together and invest it more in strategic thinking.”
